Instructions for players with Football Association's insurance cover used by LePa. If you get injured, you need to follow the below instructions.

1. Submit a claim. After you have filed a claim, you receive a claim number by e-mail you can give to the doctor or hospital.
2. Visit a doctor within 2 weeks from the injury. You can choose where to go (public or private).
3. Be prepared to pay the first private doctor visit fee by yourself.

Note! Follow-up treatments and examinations do require that you have a claim number.

In case you have some other insurance cover than the standard one being LePa uses, please contact instead your own insurance company.
