Costs

Cost of playing in LePa consists of

  • Team fee (monthly)

  • Club membership fee (annual)

  • Club administration fee (annual)

  • Player license and insurance (annual)

Team fees covers most of the team's activities. The most significant costs are coaching, which is done by professional full-time coaches, and the training in quality conditions. In addition, the team fee pays match activities and other running costs. Monthly team fee varies from 50 euros to 100+ euros. The teams can also do fund-raising to reduce the fee.

Club membership fee is annual fee, which all players need to pay in order to participate. Club membership is invoiced once per season (Nov 1 to Oct 31) either in December or when you join. In 2025-2026, membership fee is 40 euros. You also get a discount if there are several family members in the club.

Club administration fee is annual fee, which - together with membership fee - funds all the club services teams get, support from executive officer and heads of coaching, training of team officials and parent coaches, and it covers all the costs of league matches. General club costs are also funded from other sources such as city, football camps and partners. In 2025-2026, administration fee is 140 euros. It is invoiced in three parts:

  • 1. part in February for those participating in Nov-Feb

  • 2. part in May for those participating in Mar-Jun

  • 3. part in August for those participating in Jul-Oct

Exception 2025-26: Administration fee for P2013-15 Valkoinen and P2016-17 Valkoinen is 1/3 of normal fee invoiced in one part.

All players also need a player license from Finnish FA and insurance. It's price depends on age. See more from Finnish FA.

You can apply help for the costs from LePa's support fund by sending a free-form application to Executive officer.
