Injuries

For players with Football Association's insurance cover used by LePa, you need to follow the instructions below in case of injury.

Summary of instructions:

1. Submit a claim. After you have filed a claim, you receive a claim number by e-mail you can give to the doctor or hospital.

2. Visit a doctor within 2 weeks from the injury. You can choose where to go (public or private), but insurance company has a deal with Terveystalo.
   Closest partner clinics: ADIS Partner Clinics.

3. Be prepared to pay the first private doctor visit fee by yourself. If you go elsewhere than Terveystalo, maximum reimbursement is Terveystalo's partner rate.
