Injuries

For players with Football Association's insurance cover used by LePa, you need to follow the instructions below in case of injury.

Summary of instructions:

1. Submit a claim. After you have filed a claim, you receive a claim number by e-mail you can give to the doctor or hospital.

2. Visit a doctor within 2 weeks from the injury. You can choose where to go (public or private), but insurance company has a deal with Terveystalo and Mehiläinen. Both are also located in Leppävaara.

3. Be prepared to pay the first private doctor visit fee by yourself. If you go elsewhere than Terveystalo or Mehiläinen, maximum reimbursement is ADIS's partner rate.
